Gym Based Personal Training
Gym based personal training allows for greater variety of exercises with a variet of different types of equipment ranging from cardiovascular machines (treadmills, indoor rowers, and static bikes), Resistance machines for greater control of technique, free weights such as Dumbbells, Kettlebells, and medicine balls, and much more. This will allow you to get the best results from your training.
All gym based training sessions with James are held at Ipswich Sports Club. You do not need to be a member of the club to attend his sessions, however, a £3 guest fee is to be made payable to reception prior to your session.
